Called the Age of Aquarius by the new agers. It's an age, they believe, when everything becomes unified.
Here's what they proclaim -
"In the New Age we break free of centuries of false doctrines, destructive indoctrinations, absurd ideas, and children’s stories about God, education, medicine, and love. The corrupt foundations of false society crumble. This time of crises is not the signal of the end of the world. What comes is not the end, but the beginning. The dream humanity has lived for centuries ends and we awaken to a bright new day, a bright new way.
Now in the Age of Aquarius, everything becomes
unified. All our differences, all our dualities mix together like the
fragrances of a flower shop, with all of the different flowers adding their
bouquet to the overall mix until they are inseparable. Each individual
flower remains distinct and individual, each one’s fragrance is unique and
discernible when you come up close to it, yet joined together in unity with
the others in the wonderful mixture that is the smell of the shop.
Our individual worth comes from inside, from what we have inside, through
our development, our evolution, and what we can give to society. Now our
drastic differences dissolve and we integrate into the whole. We integrate
and unify with the energy of the universe, with the great cosmic spirit."
If this sounds similar to Nazi doctrine, it should. Hitler said almost the same thing.
"Creation is not yet completed. Man must pass through many further stages of metamorphoses. Post-Atlantaen man is already in a state of degeneration and decline, barely able to survive. All creative forces will be concentrated in the new species. Two types of man, the old and the new, will evolve rapidly. One will disappear from the face of the earth. The other will flourish."
It is said that if your not part of the solution then you're part of the problem. The true believers in Christ won't follow demon worship, so it does create a problem for their plan. They teach that the ones that are the problem will be removed from earth to fulfill their divine plan, and no one should be alarmed if one day soon many people vanish from earth. It is the cleansing process that has taken place. Then their messiah will come to power, and they will serve him.
We find in these last days people freely give in to the reign of these fallen angels/demonic spirits.
During the seven years of great tribulation the world has turned completely to demon worship. This is one of the reasons God will cast these troubles upon earth, because the people have accepted a new religion, one that honors Satan and his army of fallen angels.
Revelation 9:20And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils,
Make note to "devils" being plural. Therefore meaning "demons" The two Greek words are- diabolus is the one devil, Satan. And demonia meaning plurality for, demons. Showing that men will worship these demons in the last days.
The devil and his fallen angels have long exercised their power to work signs and wonders, causing millions of humans to reject the truth of God's Word and the Lord Jesus Christ. Witchcraft, sorcery, Ouija boards, clairvoyants, palm readers, fortune-tellers, tarot cards, numerology, tea leaf readers, crystal gazing, white magic, telepathy, séances, and the readers of astrological charts.
Deuteronomy 18:10There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire,
or that useth divination [fortune-telling],
or an observer of times [astrological charts and horoscopes],
or an enchanter [magicians-real magic, backed by evil spirits],
or a witch,
11Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits [mediums or channelers ],
or a wizard [clairvoyant or psychic],
or a necromancer [mediums that consult with the dead].
12For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD:
Wow. Do we see any of these things going on today?
Leviticus 19:26Ye shall not ...... use enchantment, nor observe times. This includes horoscopes. 31Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.
The psychic hotline is a bad choice. Forget about all these forms of mind conditioning. Give your life to the Lord Jesus, and he will take care of your future!
Leviticus 20:6And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.
Leviticus 20:27A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death:
We can find the death of one who inquired council of another with a familiar spirit. And this was none other than King Saul of Israel. 1 Chronicles 10:13So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he kept not, [what was this horrible deed that cost him so?] and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to enquire of it; 14And enquired not of the LORD: therefore he slew him, and turned the kingdom unto David the son of Jesse.
Yes, Saul went to a fortune-teller to look into his future. Here's what happened.
1Samuel 28:7Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her, and enquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at Endor. 8And Saul disguised himself, and put on other raiment, and he went, and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, I pray thee, divine unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring me him up, whom I shall name unto thee. 9And the woman said unto him, Behold, thou knowest what Saul hath done, how he hath cut off those that have familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land: wherefore then layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die? 10And Saul sware to her by the LORD, saying, As the LORD liveth, there shall no punishment happen to thee for this thing. 11Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up unto thee? And he said, Bring me up Samuel. 12And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman spake to Saul, saying, Why hast thou deceived me? for thou art Saul. 13And the king said unto her, Be not afraid: for what sawest thou? And the woman said unto Saul, I saw gods ascending out of the earth. 14And he said unto her, What form is he of? And she said, An old man cometh up; and he is covered with a mantle. And Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he stooped with his face to the ground, and bowed himself.
You see this is dangerous business!
2Chronicles 33:3For he [Manasseh] built again the high places which Hezekiah his father had broken down, and he reared up altars for Baalim, and made groves, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served them. 4Also he built altars in the house of the LORD, whereof the LORD had said, In Jerusalem shall my name be for ever. 5And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the LORD. 6And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger. Well guess what? 11Wherefore the LORD brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria, which took Manasseh among the thorns, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon. 12And when he was in affliction, he besought the LORD his God, and humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers, 13And prayed unto him: and he was intreated of him, and heard his supplication, and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. Then Manasseh knew that the LORD he was God.
Dabbling in the spirit world will only bring you into league with Satan and his demons, and set you at odds with your Creator. The demons would certainly enjoy wreaking havoc in your life and dragging you slowly toward the lake of fire. Which was never intended for humans.
Matthew 25:41Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
But if one chooses to follow them, then follow them they will!
