 2Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away /apostasy first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; 4Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.  6And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he (holy spirit) who now letteth will let, until he (holy spirit) be taken out of the way. 8And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9Even him (antichrist), whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion (deceit), that they should believe a lie: 12That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. We see the holy spirit that dwells in the believers, is what keeps the antichrist from rising up now.

 The Bible tells us clearly that in the last days there shall be defection from the truth. This defection is in preparation of the coming rule of Antichrist. It's going on all around us right now. Religious symbols and speech have become no-no's. Even Christianity in U.S. history is being rewritten. More.

Young adults in the U.S. abandoning biblical faith.

 People will desire to hear and believe lies rather than the truth. The truth condemns the practices of filling our fleshy desires. Many people these days would rather find a message that's bent more to their desires than actually bending themselves to the truth. We see all across America, the system is trying to push out any truth pertaining to the Lord.

 There are now new churches emerging that are modernized and re-created so as not to offend sinners. They offer a flexible approach to theology whereby individual differences in belief and morality are accepted within reason. This renders the life changing message of the Gospel completely useless. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

 John 10:1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. 2But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. 4And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. 5And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. 6 This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not ... . 7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 10The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

  

2Timothy 4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. You can clearly see that time has come!

 We see in all areas of society, symbols of the church are being swept away. Anything pertaining to Christ seems to be the most offensive.

We must also be aware that even some who claim to be Christians have been infected by the virus of political correctness, and therefore they declare that the cross is obsolete in this culture and the concepts of hell and judgment are merely outdated ideas.

They are not far removed from the growing effort to remove the cross. It all makes sense to a humanistic, secular and atheistic mindset, since they are their own saviors; therefore, to them, no man who died on a cross 2,000 years ago can save them. We, however, know that he did and he can and he will.

The cross is not an outdated symbol. No matter what this world believes, the truth never changes. God does not change. Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross, the miracle of His Resurrection and the glory of His Ascension are still as powerful today as they were that first Easter Sunday morning.

 We even see universities in America are changing historic items which they suggest may be offensive to some people. Simon Fraser University is changing their 40 year old coat of arms, because it displays crosses.

 

  

William and Mary had a problem with a historic structure, built hundreds of years ago, because it contained a cross. These actions have upset many current students and alumni of these schools, who believe these decisions are a dilution of the history and traditions of the schools, and an example of animus toward religion in general and Christianity in particular.

 These are all just signs of the times. It will continue to spread till all reference to Christ has been removed from the planet. At some point it will be criminal to be Christian.

You can see what we are up against and we are quickly moving that direction.

John 16:2.......... yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. 3And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.

 Imagine that, killing Christians in their minds is helping God.

 In the Old Testament, God is shown time after time chastising the House of Israel, His chosen but often disobedient people, by allowing barbarians to invade and plunder their cities and put many of them to the sword.

That is what the Western World, including America, is starting to experience today, having likewise turned away from God.

 Isn't it odd how the worlds system now frowns upon us disciplining our children. These days, trying to keep your child from hell can actually land you in jail. Satan certainly is in control of this world system.

Proverbs 23:13Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. 14Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.

Proverbs 29:15The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame.

Proverbs 29:17Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.

Proverbs 13:24He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

Proverbs 19:18Chasten thy son while there is hope, and let not thy soul spare for his crying.

 For what chance does a child have before their heavenly father whom they have not seen, if they can not even obey their earthly father whom they have seen.

  So from what we've just read, if one loves their child they will give them correction.

 No one wants their child to wind up in hell do they?

 So then it only makes sense to discipline a child in wrong doing. Becoming accepting of their behavior will only deliver the child to eternal damnation. I think I'd rather dish out a little rebuke, than see my kids cast into hell. Satan on the other hand wants them bad, to help shape his world.
